Are you looking to return or exchange a product?
Don`t worry, we are here to help.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, or an item is found to be damaged or we have sent you the wrong item, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange 30 days from the purchase date.
We are doing our best to check the quality of every product that we ship but if an item is damaged in transit please contact us to return the item immediately.
If you would like a refund or exchange your request will be processed in 1-3 business days after the item has been received in our warehouse.
Your return shipping cost will be also refunded!
If you have changed your mind about a purchase you can return the item within 30 days please contact us for a refund.
All unwanted items must be returned in resealable condition, unmarked and in the original packaging.
If the item is returned in perfect condition we will be able to issue a full refund or store credit after the item has been received and approved. Refund will be issued in 1-3 business days after being received to our warehouse.
Received the wrong item:
If you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately for an exchange or refund.
We are double checking all our orders but if we have made a mistake please let us know and we will solve the issue immediately at our expense.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item please complete the form below with your email address and order number (you will find the order number by logging into your account or by looking at the order confirmation email).
Once the return is approved you will receive a return label by email to print and all the instructions needed to return the item.
