We ship worldwide!
Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service. Your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days after placing an order. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed that following Monday.
If you need something right away please contact us at info@borntoloveclothing.com or 805 703 1011. We will do our best to help you out if we can.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS : We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied or an item is found to be damaged or we have sent you the wrong item, we will gladly offer a full refund, or exchange 30 days from the purchase date, simply contact us at info@borntoloveclothing.com or call us at 805.703.1011
Shipping charges are not refunded if you are returning an item. If you are returning or exchanging an item please contact us to let us know you are returning or exchanging something. Please include your order information, the reason for return or exchange and what item you wish to exchange it for. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Once we receive the returned item(s) your replacement item will be processed within 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for items that are sent to us and not received. We recommend you send your packages by insured parcel.
ORDERING :You do not need to create an account in order to place an order, but please do so if you plan to place another in the future. It will be much easier
Simply add the products you are interested in your cart and proceed to checkout.
VIEWING ORDERS: If you have created an account when you have placed your order, simply log in and go to your account information. You will find all your order history there.
If you have placed an order as a guest, you would have received a confirmation e-mail for your order, with all your order details.
