Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service. Your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days after placing an order. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed that following Monday. If you need something right away please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to help you out if we can.
Shipping addresses in California will be charged an additional 7.25% sales tax.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, an item is found to be damaged or we have sent you the wrong item, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange 30 days from the purchase date, simply contact us at email@example.com or call us at (661) 303.8777.
Shipping charges are not refunded if you are returning an item. If you are returning or exchanging an item please contact us to let us know you are returning or exchanging something. Please include your order information, reason for return or exchange and what item you wish to exchange it for. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Once we receive the returned item(s), your replacement item(s) will be processed within 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for items that are sent to us and not received. We recommend you send your packages by insured parcel.
Your personal information remains confidential. We do not buy or sell email addresses or share client information with any third party. Customers placing orders through our web site will be added to our newsletter list and will receive 1 to 2 marketing emails per month. If at any time you wish to be removed from this list, unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter and you will be removed from our newsletter list.
